How it works

The fee

$1,500
per hourly hire (forklift, warehouse, CDL-A, maintenance).
15%
of first-year base salary for salaried roles, minimum $3,000.
$0
if you don't hire. No upfront cost, no retainer. If a hire leaves or is let go for performance within 60 days, we find a replacement at no charge.

Invoices are due 15 days after the start date. Full terms are in our client agreement, which we send before any search starts.
